At Your The Girl we understand that outfits do not always fit right or look how you expected, and of course when you buy an item of clothing you want it to look perfect and fit your body type, so of course we accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with the correct labels.

Your original order form MUST be included when returning any item(s).

Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.

Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up. Items must be returned in original packaging, 

 

 Please note that any shipping cost to return your unwanted item(s) is not covered by us (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty), so we advise you to use your local post office or online Royal Mail services to get the best service, we also recommend getting a tracked return. 

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchased item please email yourthegirl@outlook.com with your request and any information, if your item arrived damaged or faulty please email us within 24hours and include images of the delivery. Once you have made us aware of your return, please send your items back to our returns address which can be found at the bottom of this page, with your order form included. Please state on your order form your reason for return. Please note, we must receive the return within 14 days of when delivery was first attempted/ delivered to you. If the 14 days has expired we have the right to reject your return and send the item(s) of clothing back to the address we originally sent it to.

 

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s card. Returns for refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the return. 

 Card refunds my take up to 10 business days to show on your statement this depends on the card provider. Bank processing times can vary so please let us know if you have any questions regarding this.
